Post-black metal written about the illnesses we face throughout our lives; relentless expressions of anguish, yet with some brevity of solace.

“Lungs, an institution & atrophy” was originally written in late 2014 as one of the first songs for the band.

Originally planned as part of a three-way split with two other up-and-coming bands in the genre. Featuring bands joined and left and the years went by, through hardships we also forgot our own way.

After struggling to find and get all three bands on the same page, late 2019 we decided to wrap the song up and forge our own path instead. In 2020, with newfound vitality, Lead Wings brings you “Lungs, an institution & atrophy” as a our first single release.
